Greetings from a beautiful Camp New Hope! Please meet our special guest this week Sophia Grace age 22 months from Kentucky. Sophia is here with 7 other family members. Sophia has been diagnosed with Battens Disease a non treatable always fatal disease. Sophia is blind which is one of the side effects of this terrible disease. Sophia is just beautiful. She even has her toenails painted blue. The family was surprised with a cake and a afghan both made by local women. They also received a visit from Ranger Jeff and made a trip to Ernies to ride the pony wagon. We consider it an honor to have Sophia with us and our prayer is that we are as much of a blessing to her and her family as they have been to us. Please remember this precious child and her family in your prayers.
Thank you also for your continued prayers and support of this unique ministry. Thank you to Will and Mark Adkins who provide this beautiful place for these families to come and find peace and comfort, not to mention the precious memories that they will have forever.
Hope you all have a great holiday weekend. May God keep you safe and may we all realize just how blessed we really are.
Visit when you can!
